Otters Welcome: We have heard back from the German Club. They are a little more expensive than had been additionally implied, but they do have the date available. We need to coordinate with financial committee about “donation only” given the fee.
Valerian: We’re waiting on the contract from the site, but the details are still being worked out.

Valerian: They did offer a significant cut off their price, but it’s still $3000 for the day. It’s now handled by a professional management company.
Eadgyth: The $10 difference between members and NMS means we lose our target market if we can’t keep it donation only.
Valerian: We should be able to work it out. We do need to look at exactly what the rules permit.
