Coronets Nobildonna Fiore Leonetta Bardi and Lord Frithuric Ulman:
We’re looking forward to seeing folks at Otters. Congratulations to our recent local Marks including Kobayashi.
Officers:
Seneschal Lady Sugawara no Naeme
Welcome to the June Meeting. There is an upcoming senescahl 101 class. Jun 28, 4:30-6, Jun 29 6:30-8. If you’re interested, I can get the links for you.
Eeowyn: Is that a repeat, or is it two continuous classes?
S: It’s the same session each day.
I need a deputy. When I stepped up a year and a half ago, I did so on the condition I have a deputy. I still do not. If I do not have a deputy by Falling Leaves, I will be stepping down.
Eeowynn: As a former deputy, I encourage people to do this. It is not a heavy load.
We are looking for a new Baron and Baroness. We have only had one letter of intent come in it. William Trout and Maelinn Faeling Brun. Are there any questions?
Fiore: Are we going to hold a meet and greet for those candidates?
S: There is a plan for the pair to speak at the next month’s meeting. We can also set up a meet and greet outside the meeting.
F: I vote for an ice cream social. It was a good way for us to meet and greet.
Billy Fish: We would be happy to do that. We also hope people are inspired to put their names in for many jobs.
S: I have now been told that the polling must be online. Which means I need to collect all e-mail addresses from the barony. Please fill out on the online form I have shared.
The financial committee met via email, and there were three votes against authorizing funds for the Calivers’ Cassocks.
I would like to move the Sept 7 meeting to Aug 31 so we have a meeting between July and Falling Leaves. Is there any feedback?
(Thumbs up in meeting).
We will move forward with that.

Foresters:
We had a lovely gathering on Saturday through Sunday, checking out how gear works overnight against cold and weather. It was overnight so you got a real test, and at Ella and David’s house so you could get into the warmth if the gear didn’t check out.
Events:
Otter: It’s happening June 6th. Right now only a 30% chance of rain. We need to get the schedule out tonight or early tomorrow. If you have something you’d like to do with A&S last minute, not a problem, just bring it.
We do need to have some additional volunteers for gate and Goldkey. If you’ve been expecting a response from me, please reach out.
If you’re bringing something in and need to set up. I confirmed the building won’t be open until 10 for bathrooms, but we will be on site by 9 for setup. We’re pretty much set, with a good schedule.
Arlyanna: Is there a map of the site. We’re trying to figure out the archery range.
There isn’t but you can see most of it on google maps.
A, when is court?
T: 3:30-4.
A, and the play is at 2?
T: Yes, I have it at 2 for 90 minutes.
Eadgyth: If you were planning to put stuff into the yardsale, and haven’t sent it to me, please do so. It will make things a lot faster on Saturday.
Valerian: Can I put free stuff into the yardsale?
Eadgyth: Yes, I’ll send you a block of numbers.
Arylana: Thorfinn, you had talked about wanting the card reader?
Thorfinn: That would be great.
