Sat Nov 8 there is a demo in Somerville at Bow Market, with a fencing and heavy demo. Towards the end of the day there will be a renaissance ball, and we are looking for some dancers.
Justin: The evening masked ball is mostly a modern after party, but I will be teaching dance for the first half hour, and a few dancers in the crowd would be useful.
T: We could use a couple more fencers as well.

Not a lot to report for the website. I believe we are done for now making major structural changes. We are still working on adding some sections, such as a history of the barony, a company of Bowmen section, and a “Baronial Backlog” projects list.
Ysabel: At coronation, Gwendolyn Kobayashi indicated there was a comprehensive history of the barony created at the 30th, on paper, and she has one copy. If it could be digitized, that would be a useful resource. Someone would have to scan it.

Elspeth has asked me to deal with history of the barony for the website. If anyone can a provide a copy of that 30 year history, I would love to see it.
Justin: There was a copy in the Historian’s files 15 years ago.

Frithuric: Colin fought Glaive all the way through crown to the finals, and may be the first Eastern Winner to do so since 1986.
Thorfinn: Did the 30 year history have a name? I’ve heard of the Carolingiad.
Justin: That is an epic poem, and more recent.

I sent the webministry a copy of an updated baronial inventory, separated out by what is in storage and what is living at Valerian’s, or otherwise located.
Also, I am working on repairing the tablecloths we have in storage. The serged edges are coming apart, and even the selvedge edges are getting a little ragged. Also the pop up case has ripped, and it is being repaired.
