Carolingian Great Council is the business meeting of the group. Business of the Barony (expenditures, event planning, etc.) is discussed at Council, and officers of the Barony make announcements. The general populace is welcome, and they may make announcements or comments during the meeting as well (or just listen). Unofficial votes and commentary inform the Seneschal in making decisions. Official votes of the officers occasionally occur for matters of policy.
Council meetings are on the first Monday of the month, except in case of holiday. Notices about Council are sent out via the Carolingian email list and on the Barony Facebook page.
