    • Chatelain – Thank you for welcoming newcomers!  Reminder that all Cantons need to send Aaradyn reports.  If there is no Cantonial Chatelain, Senechal should write it
    • Dance – Dance continues through the first week of december at the usual spot.  After that, Countess Mara is stepping down as dancemistress, Fortunana will be taking over in the Spring!  If you are running an event, and you want dancing, it is not magical.  Please speak to the dancemistress if you want dancing, the same applies to the Waytes if you want live music, speak to the captain of the Waytes. Please think about where it can happen, both location and timing, so that it’s safe, acoustically sound and enjoyable.

  • Other things
    • Aaradyn – I think there’s a glaring flaw in how we run gate, unrelated to people and process but related to procedures. The people running gate shouldn’t be responsible for seeding the cashbox for gate.
      • Orlando – We can do this, but we can ONLY do it via check, which requires lead time.  Self-funding should not be presented as “the way we do things” but only as “an option if you want it”
